Took Pulling Teeth To Get Me Out Here, But Now That I'm Here...

It took almost pulling teeth to get me out here, but now that I'm out here on this journey I have realized this has been the best decision I ever made. This was the best "yes" I ever gave the Lord. I said yes to this journey, this life of abandonment, the loss of entitlement. This life of feedback and becoming more like Him. Reflecting the image of the creator who made me as a beautiful and cofident creation. As a son. So, I have 5 more months to go, and I don't want to go home. It took pulling teeth to get me out here, but now that I'm here I don't want to end this journey pre maturely. Here's the deal friends-  $15,500 is the total that is needed to complete this journey on the World Race. July 1st is my last and final deadline! I am currently at $12,860. I am 83% funded! I still need help and support to be fully funded.

As a World Racer, the $15,500 is broken down by these categories...

• Training Camp--$320 
• Field Support--$620
• WR Development Program--$1,860 
• Administration Fees--$2,635
• World Racer--$10,075

• Intercontinental Travel--$4,235.00 
• Food--$1,256.25 
• Lodging--$1,758.75 
• Transportation--$1,005.00 
• Long Distance Travel & Misc. Supplies--$1,115.55 

My deadlines are as followed:

• $3,500 - Due 9/29/2012 (2 weeks before Training Camp) PAID
• $6,500 - Due 12/18/2012 (2 weeks prior to your trip) PAID
• $11,000 - Due 4/1/2013 (End of 3 months on the field) PAID
• $15,500 - Total Due 7/1/2013 (End of 6 months on the field)

As I said, at this present moment I am about $12,860 raised! I can't even believe this moment. As I sit here and admire the Lord's faithfulness. I admire His faithfulness and I know HE has control of this. This is one of my biggest tests here on the Race, sitting here knowing that this is completely outside of my control, it's out of my hands.. The only thing I can do is follow the Lord closely here. I am out here for soooo many reasons. I have so many stories I can share of the Lord's faithfulness, Of His kindness, I have stories of miracles, laughter, tears, major growth, major pain, depth, and newness of life. I am here and I am leaning into this season knowing He is with me. He goes before me, He will be behind me. There is no place I will go, where He hasn't already been. So here I pray He loves me like only He can and supplies my every need.
